I am wondering if my 7 month old could have autism. I’m concerned with her hand and leg movement.?

When she gets worked up, whether in excitement or anger, she flexes her wrists and opens and closes her fingers. She also moves her legs quickly back and forth but not as much as the hand movement. I have no other concerns just these movements that I have never noticed on babies before.

yeah, that is not a sign of autism, that is fairly normal infant behavior.
